Please read these terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have understood, accepted, and agreed to our terms and conditions. 1. Purchase Terms - Ensure you select the correct items, colors, and sizes before checkout. Once orders are confirmed, we cannot amend them and will not be liable for incorrect selections or duplicate orders. - Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number. Orders with incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed shipments. A re-delivery fee will apply for returned parcels. - Items are only secured after full payment. Adding products to your cart does not guarantee the purchase. Order Rejection: ShoCo.Official reserves the right to reject orders under the following circumstances: i) Product is out of stock. ii) Payment is not received within 48 hours of the invoice issuance. iii) Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or failed payment authorizations. Note: Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. --- 2. Pre-Order Policy Pre-order items are available for advance purchase but may experience delays or cancellations due to unforeseen factors (e.g., shipment delays or stock shortages). In such cases: - Store credit will be issued (no cash refunds). - If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together once all items are available. - Pre-order updates will be available on the product page. Email notifications will only be sent under specific circumstances. --- 3. Discount Codes & Vouchers - Enter discount codes at checkout for the discount to apply. - Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after order confirmation. - Discount codes may carry expiry dates, which will be specified when issued. - Codes are non-extendable or transferable. --- 4. Product Measurements & Item Representation - Measurements may vary by 1-3 cm due to mass production. This is not considered a defect. - Print placements may differ slightly across pieces. - Colors may vary slightly between devices due to screen settings. Requests for returns due to color discrepancies will not be accepted. - Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads or small black dots) that do not affect overall quality will not be treated as defects. --- 5. Returns & Exchange Policy - Goods sold are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless: 1) Incorrect item(s) received. 2) Factory defects (e.g., faulty zippers, noticeable holes, or major stains). - Refunds are only issued in store credit (no cash refunds). - Returns are accepted only for regular-priced items. Accessories, lingerie, sale items, and products with specific non-returnable conditions will not qualify for returns. - Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) within 3 working days of receipt. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected. --- 6. Amendments ShoCo.Official reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
